STANLEY M. SELIGSON 
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer 

Since 1955, Stanley M. Seligson has been Chairman and CEO of S&S Companies, a multi-faceted group of companies with interests in real estate development, construction, leasing and property management based in Norwalk , Connecticut . The company was founded in 1925 by Mr. Seligson's father, Emanuel M. Seligson, a tobacco and candy distributor.

Mr. Seligson has long been involved in a wide range of philanthropic and community organizations and has served on the boards of the YMCA, Maritime Aquarium and Lockwood-Mathews Mansion in Norwalk . He is also actively involved in the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, as Vice President of Economic Development, and serves on the Chamber's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He has received numerous industry awards throughout his career, including Industry Man of the Year from the Anti-Defamation League/B'nai B'rith, Distributor of the Year from Philip Morris, and the Voluntary Action Committee Corporate Leadership Award.

Born and educated in Norwalk , Mr. Seligson graduated from the Williston Academy and University of Connecticut . He has been a Norwalk resident for most of his life and presently lives in Greens Farms, Connecticut with his wife, Carole, and son.

DOUGLAS ADAMS
Director of Development

Douglas Adams, Director of Development for Seligson Properties, has been employed by the firm since 2004.  He is responsible for managing the firm's existing portfolio of commercial, retail, and residential properties as well as future developments. 

Mr. Adams brings with him five years of experience as an equity lender with CIG International, including opening and running its New York office responsible for the northeast.  Prior to CIG, he worked for over a decade as a real estate lender for several commercial banks in the mid-Atlantic and New York areas.

Mr. Adams graduated in 1986 from Tufts University with a BA in English and a BS in Computer Science.  He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and National Real Estate Forum, and lives in Fairfield , Connecticut with his wife and two sons.

MICHAEL TROMBETTA
Vice President - Olympia Construction

Michael Trombetta, Vice President of Olympia Construction, has worked with Stanley Seligson since 1989 when they formed Olympia Construction Co., Inc.  Mr. Trombetta is actively involved in all aspects of construction, including management, estimating, cost projection, and scheduling and supervision of each and every project engaged by both Olympia Construction and Seligson Properties.

Mr. Trombetta has over twenty-five years of diversified experience in commercial and residential construction; he has developed and honed his extensive skill set during his tenure at Olympia Construction, as well as while working with several other General Contracting firms prior to helping to form Olympia in 1989. 

Mr. Trombetta directs the Olympia Construction management team which consists of extremely qualified and competent project mangers and administrative personnel.

He currently lives in Fairfield , Connecticut with his wife and daughter.
